I finally got to designing the powerful pony who used her magic and science to create castle ponies (featuring the first ever castle pony, sandy who belongs to Choco-Opals )

imma call her Ravita I think (ravi)

sooo backstory time

When Ravita was born, her parents, an earth pony father and Pegasus mother, were surprised to see a small unicorn. Many thought her birth was not meant to be, especially with such strange markings, when both her parents had no markings at all. Her father thought his wife had betrayed him because he couldn't believe this child could possibly be his own. Her parents fought and eventually went separate ways, Ravita going with her mother, however her mother, Carri, would always be ashamed of her child, she looked so strange and had such powerfully dangerous magic. Eventually her mother grew fearful of Ravi as she could not control her magic and sent her away to learn from powerful unicorns. Ravi heard later that her mother had a second child, a baby boy named Nicta, Carri had found a new partner and lived happily with her Pegasus family up in the clouds. Ravi wished to join them but knew her mother had done this to be away from her.

Ravi, 8 years old when Nicta was born, finally realised how unwanted she truly was, her mother never looked at her the way she had looked at Nicta. Ravi was eventually abandoned by the unicorns too, left on her own in dangerous forests, but found and rescued by an ancient zebra tribe. She learned all sorts of potions and magic from the zebras and became the pride of the tribe, the protector of their ancient ways. She lived many years with the tribe, gaining scars while honourably defending them, and in that time she never saw her parents again, but as if destiny wished it, she encountered and rescued her young injured brother. Nicta and Ravi grew closer every day until he had healed and eventually returned home, never learning that Ravi was his sister. Years passed and she began to fall in love with the son of the zebra chief, Tuka, and the two were eventually wed. Tuka and Ravi led their tribe for years while caring for their newborn daughter, Staralu. The couple had powerful magic and were nearly unstoppable together, however, one day they were attacked by strange, otherworldly beasts. Ravi and Tuka did what they could for their tribe, but during the fight Staralu was killed at only 3 years of age and Tuka sustained such horrible injuries that he died soon after the attack. Ravi was left with only a few remaining members, whom she escorted to the safety of a neighboring tribe, before leaving them forever.

Years had passed where no one had seen Ravi, she had separated herself from the world, where she could never be hurt again, and began to study the creation of life in desperation of saving her long lost family. Ravi knew not what had happened to her tribe or her parents and brother, she had always hoped they were all happy, especially Nicta. She studied life on a small secluded island and discovered the key to the creation of life. She then decided that those she created would all be like kings and queens, powerful rulers of their own fate. She had many failed experiences, but after encountering Nicta for the last time, he had helped her, giving a bit of his identity; blood, hair and bone to add to her mixture. However, it did not harm him, he had lost use of one of his legs after being partially paralyzed in a flying accident, he sacrificed what he could to make his old friend happy again. When he found out the truth, that Ravi was his sister, he flew off in shock and Ravi never saw him again, unsure if he was mad or if something happened to him.

With Nicta's contributions to the mixture, Ravi finally succeeded in creating life, just how she imagined it. She had created an egg, almost as hard as stone, which later hatched, bringing young Sandy into the world. Ravi loved the small filly as she had loved Staralu. She explained to Sandy how she had created her and how she would be her own queen. Sandy knew she was different than Ravi but still wished for something similar, within moments she had crafted a flower crown for Ravi, to show her that she too is her own queen of her life.

Ravi continued creating her beloved children, never removing her precious crown, she even began accepting other unicorns to help in the creation while finding help from many others who aided in raising the younglings, who grew much larger than most ponies. The island began to expand and her children spread all across the world to where they were happy, however Ravi was always sad at heart. She had lost her only family and now she is constantly left alone when her children depart for their happiness.

That's the problem with endless life, to be happy, you will always have to suffer.
