i dont think you can really do that, its just not how science works. and ive always thought of an octogram as something to release the floodgates as opposed to making energy. you cant just make energy you need matter for fuel or something like friction

yeah, this array is ancient and i was dumber back then, but i like keeping the defective ones up for some reason. also, my alchemical teacher, who is still probably miles above me in terms of knowledge, taught that octograms do amplify energy, though they can also control it like a floodgate. they're nice and multipurpose like that.
