Description
The final design for Miles (from my short story Tailbone, nearly complete!)

I really worked on this character for a while, trying different approaches and different ideas. He is part human, part animal, and the biggest problem was where to position the shoulder blades, which sit on the back of the ribcagein primates, but forward on dogs and cats. Lemurs were the best inspiration as they had the hands of monkeys and shoulders of dogs, though in the end I settled for a squirrel monkey frame instead.
He usually doesn't wear clothes but does for the sake of humans that feel uncomfortable.
