Should have posted on Sunday, but I went to work and did not have much time, sorry the delay but there it is

Origin : Hunter Zolomon worked in the Central City police department, he was always a big fan of Flash, where he ended up getting to know him and becoming a friend Flash could always count on. In a fight between the police and Gorilla Grodd, Hunter was seriously injured by Grodd, becoming quadriplegic. He then asked Flash to use his speed to go back in time and prevent it from happening, but Flash eventually refused, as he could cause a paradox and also because he had never traveled the time before. Hunter Zolomon went crazy until he went to a psychiatric clinic. The scientists there created an experimental serum called speed-9, which would make Hunter walk again, the serum not only made him walk again, but also gave him super-speed like Flash. Hunter then decided to take revenge on Flash with his newest powers.
