Description San Guillermo Parish Church, Bacolor, Pampanga

This church is almost half-buried in lahar (mud flow) post-Mount Pinatubo eruption, along with other near Bacolor. Fortunately, the Spanish friars of old designed such structures to have large doors like in castles.

(Taken during our visits to Altars of Repose night of Maundy Thursday, on several churches in Pampanga, Philippines. See the complete blog about this set of photos. )
