)Hmm. The fruits of my labors finally pay off.
It took me quite a while to finish this pairing, mainly because I kept losing focus while playing RE4. 
Anyway, Volgin took the longest cause I kept thinking his trench looked like a dress, but I don't care, I did my best and IT LOOKS CUTE!
Why are they not wearing any boots, you ask? I HAVE NO IDEA!
Really, I just wanted to make a pixel graphic of them semi-casual. As casual as two homosexualistic russian military leaders can be inside an inpenetrable fortress of doom.
