In the competitive world of advertising people rely on artists who are proficient at making models look close to perfect. ive been practicing my retouching skills for a while, so here are a few examples of my work.Related content

you did a very nice job of these girls. i must agree tho that the outside ones are a tad overdone; the first one looks to tanned (for her original complexion - you can tell when certain skin don't suit)
the right one just looks too painted (if you can understand that... you have deffinetly made her look considerably younger tho)
the middle one is excellently completed! tones work together and the yellow tinge has added life to her.
overall nice end result! keep it up.

l think the touched up photos look very professioinal, l do a lot of photo restoration at work, so l can appreciate your skill in toucking up these models.

what you have to remember is that these photos would not have been released before they were professionally touched up, so the hard work has already been done. most photo manips like this involve cleaning up the photo itself, removing problem spots, grainyness or taking out someone walking accross your background where you don't want them, you generally won't be asked to make someone look 10 years younger.
having said all that, the middle one is really well done. the one on the right is a little too over done and i don't think you've quite got the features right. it's a nice skill to learn though. maybe try taking your own shots and cleaning them up from scratch, you'll probably learn as much if not more - especially about presentation.

actually there are people who do this every day. no its not that drastic, i mean, they still have to make the person look the same, but how do you think all the models in advertisements have perfect skin and features? Also all modeling photos for singers or actresess are photoshoped greatly, thats why they look so much hotter in those pictures then they do in fan pictures or a paparazzi pictures.

I think you overdid the left one, making her face and hand look almost burned, but the other two are really amazing work...
Retouching in Photoshop is fun... Good ol' times...
