Continuing with the AW series, we arrive at our first villan CO.

Kindle, second in command of the Bolt Guard, made her Apperance (along with the Bolt Guard) in the 3rd installment of the series.

Stuck up and snobby, she's one of those old rich ladies that you can't help but hate. She works best with lots of cities under her control, using her powers to cause even more damage.

While not in the top two or three tiers, she is still a good CO if one can manage to use her correctly.

Just rememebr though, don't get on her bad side, just nod and agree when she says she's the "Queen of the Universe"
