Yeahhh starting from here on out I'm pretty much sticking to busts
I don't really have much interpretation for this guy, but looking up references and seeing different versions of him, I've began having a newfound appreciation for his character ^^

-before his accident, Harvey Dent was sensible, mature and level headed. considered a light in the city, he was just as popular and eligable as Bruce Wayne; albeit more politcal, and less flamboyant and scandelous. Keeping a cool, responsible air about him
-despite their busy schedules, he and Bruce Wayne were true best friends. To put it simply, you'd never seen a more respect-filled bromance
-after his accident, he become cold, unfeeling, and depressed. The only thing inciting his madness and any kind of passion being his new-found neutrality. After suffering due to the corruption of Gotham city, he believes anyone, good or bad, should be given equal accountability and judgment for their sins based on chance...the flip of a coin
-Batman however continues to try and reach through to his old friend, though feeling it to be in vain as Harvey seems to slip away further day by day....
