Description
My entry for the "Retro Future" contest.Inspired by the famous "We Can Do It!" poster
used in USA World War II war propaganda.
My idea was to change it's use in a more commercial manner for a hypothetical retro robot promotional campaign.
For the robot design and colors I was inspired by household electrical appliances used in the 40's and 50's.

The character in the original poster was famously known as βRosie the Riveterβ.
I find this artwork now (five years on) being used on Twitter for advertising a text-to-fax service for contacting Congresspeople in the US.
