Dexter's design from the online CartoonNetwork game Fusion Fall. I tried the glow effect that told me about just to attempt it, and I think it looks okay. This was a hard style to do, and it was a challenge for me, but that was the point of this (challenging myself, I mean).EDIT: Changed the glow to green. I mean, it is from Fusion Fall, after all. Plus the random blue for no reason was bugging me... sorry about the message spamming XP'

Basically on CartoonNetwork they have this online game featuring the CartoonNetwork universe, and all the characters have redesigns that are really anime-esque... so they have, like, the Powerpuff Girls, Ben 10, Codename: Kids Next Door, Dexter's Laboratory, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, etc. But Dexter's Laboratory is the only one I really love out of those. xD
