Description
A common tool used for industrial purposes, the DS Handheld Laser Cutter Tool is made to cut through tough material at ease by firing ionized bolts of energy. Each bolt of energy is strong enough to cut through rock or metal, making this tool perfect for mining or salvaging operations. Rumor has it that the designer of this tool was inspired from a survival horror space game. Since its known that the designer loves video games, the rumor is likely true.

Known as the "Blaster Cutter" accross Ferreria, this tool is used by many industrial companies such as the Avalon Labor Corps. The Blaster Cutter was used for mining and salvage work by its members but after Avalon's reformation, most of the Labor Corps members joined the Avalon Rangers, and their Blaster Cutters came along with them. As many of the recruits of the Rangers are underaged, they cannot use standard firearms. However, they are authorized to use their Blaster Cutters for self-defense only when neccessary. Even in service of the Avalon Rangers as an improvised weapon, members of the Rangers use the Blaster Cutter to clear out obstabcles or to continue its role as a utility tool.

Notes:
-The Blaster Cutter is inspired by the Plasma Cutter from the Dead Space games.
-This tool will serve as one of the iconic weapons for some of the characters I draw. As many of them are underaged, they are not allowed to use proper firearms but can use the Blaster Cutter as their alternative.
