You know what's better than MerMay?
KaiJune.

For real, though. A friend of mine proposed Kaijune as a concept to me last year, and I honestly don't know why it's not a thing. Monsters are great! Take any opportunity you can to draw them.
Anyway, I figured it would be a great prompt to use for my monthly patron-voted illustration, so I plugged in a few of the more popular kaiju, and waited. I shouldn't be surprised that the literal king of monsters won, but I'm a little disappointed that he couldn't have tied with Mothra. I'd happily draw both. Maybe I'll draw her for KaiJuly.

Anyway, I made a few different versions of this guy, and they're all for sale on stickers, t-shirts, mugs, etc.
