Merry Christmas Eve! Yeah, I guess this isn't Christmas, but I'm writing this at 4:40 in the morning about to leave for vacation. I'll try to make this informative but brief. The way I did these is shows I have watched are based on pure enjoyability, while shows I haven't watched were based on the impression got from watching the first 3 episodes. Something you might notice upon semi-close analysis is that almost an entire row of shows (7) are missing from this scorecard. I don't know why this is, and I'll fix it when I get back, which I did end up doing, but it only makes me hate this scorecard a bit.

Anyway, CN as a whole is...surprisingly lukewarm, at least off of most of my first impressions. At least half of the show is solidly in the Meh range. But why is that? Well, I think this is due to hyper-focusing on their humor, which isn't a bad thing because CN shows are usually funny, but in doing this they tend to forget the characters and/or writing of the show, which leaves them slightly enjoyable as a whole but sorta bland. But what's even worse is when shows have little to no humor to back up their other lackluster aspects (e.g Chowder, Ed, Edd, N Eddy). Also, a solid amount of CN originals are action shows, and these tend to be mixed due to generic writing and animation, but solid characters and humor, with the fight scenes themselves being...there. So yeah, a lukewarm channel that I honestly expected more out of considering it was such a big part of my childhood.
