Illustrated by the talented and amazing .Aen did a great job helping me recreate and redesign the look I always had pictured in my head. This is MoonHawk and how he should like. It blends the Persian/Middle Eastern theme with the classic superhero attire, creating a new look that makes MoonHawk unique and original.
I had previous artists help me in the past, which I am very grateful and lucky to have their talent, but it is an amazing feeling to have a character you created take on the life of its own. MoonHawk has evolved so much in the past couple of years, and I am proud to say he is one of my favorite creative own characters.
What are your thoughts? Do you like the look? I love input and feedback.

It does. I was still going through a phrase where I was trying to create weapons for MoonHawk. Recently just updated my gallery with the new concept art designs. You should check it out.

I hope you don't deviate too much from this version of the character. This redesign was always one of my favorites.

Thank you for the offer. But MoonHawk is on hold and existence in his own universe. I am currently working on a comic book with a group of friends. Stay tuned. I could create a new character for you guys. I have a lot of character concepts that are laying around. Let me know.

I am in love with ancient history and mythology. So I took elements from various heroes and decided to trace a point of origin to my character. I ponder and look at all the common and so not common heritages and cultures used in comic books today. I notificed that Middle Eastern and Persian cultures have not been overuse as much as Roman, Norse, & Greek. So I decided to create a character base on the different attires I came across during those eras of Middle Eastern and Persian armor, weapons, and their religious beliefs.

Hey I got this story i'm doing with a few of my DA friends called H.E.R.O (Hemisphere, Emergency,Response, Operation)about a global network of freelance crimefighter's formed via a online Social network service
called "H.E.R.O". The site was founded by a computer programmer and entrepreneur by the name of Allen Clay who used it to assemble some of the worlds most decorated vigilante's and place them in the western, northern, eastern and southern hemisphere's of the earth. We use to call the story A.S.A.P but we thought this concept would be better. here's a pic of the team that operates in the western hemisphere, their known as H.E.R.O-West they are the principal characters of the story [link]
