Yeah not much info on this character sheet but hang on lemme talk
So i like to have a sona character for my worldbuilding, it gives me a way of "walking" around in the world to think about things

So I haven't had much free time this week and i wont next week, its the midterm period and as such, work is heavy, so i just drew a buncha hobo. So! what is hobo like in the Dragonscape?
I also called him a Kobold, as i think this design can fit nicely in and out of context of the DragonScape world. Out of context he's just what folks would call a Kobold, or even a small Drake, in context he will be known as a Dreki.

Name: Hobo
Nick Names: Dimork, meaning Wanderer in Draconic, it is a nickname given to him from a village of Draconic castes that he had stayed with for some time. his other nickname is El Viajero, meaning The Traveler Which he had been called from time to time. and The Coyote, which is a name he absolutely hates

Preserved Items: All Dreki get to pick a bag + 5 items to have preserved for them during their 30 year stasis (kind of an apology by the Raddir) So hobo prioritized things that make up for the fact he has no idea how to survive with nothing.
Poncho: Hobo picked a light poncho that is made of cotton and polyester as his sole garb to carry with him into the Dragonscape, It is a dull, military green colored square style poncho that loosely fits around his torso, covering up his arms. The poncho additionally has a hood. While it fares well in hot and moderate weather, it isn't terribly useful in conditions that are below freezing.
Neck Knife: A knife that is sheathed onto a necklace to be worn like a pendant, it is a small carbon steel knife that is quite durable and useful in spite of it's small size. insd of a handle their is a hook that the fingers wrap around ones fist around (kind of like a push dagger) the knife isn't meant for combat, rather utility but it could be used to defend oneself if the need arises.
Djembe: A small, portable djembe style drum that Hobo frequently finds himself playing for entertainment and to work as a traveling bard for villages in exchange for food or supplies.
Other things: Hobo also has a filter straw, that he can safely drink unpurified water with, he also has a ferro rod for starting fires

Backstory

Prepulse: Hobo was a college student who, while from Idaho, was living in Oregon working towards a degree in Music as a percussionist with aspirations of becoming a teacher. Hobo was a frequent Hiker, learning from friends and family basic outdoorsmanship and some basic ideas of survival. Hobo was awake during the initial pulse that turned the American continents into the Dragonscape.

Post Pulse: Hobo awoke to a dormitory in shambles, the campus he worked at had become overgrown and decayed, finding several other college students. Hoping that his family would come to reunite with him, he spent his first few weeks in Oregon, scraping a living through scavenging, hunting and foraging. Eventually however, their village had come under attack by a caste of higher draconic creatures, who captured or killed the vast majority of Hobos friends and fellow villagers. Hobo kept himself hidden however and survived the attack unscathed. At that note he had decided to take his chance wandering eastward to meet up with anyone that he knew. after 2 months of traveling and scraping a living going village to village, working, running errands or (ideally) playing music for folks to cheer them up. He wound up in the Snake river basin where he decided he would continue to wait for an oppurtunity to hopefully reunite with family or friends.

The Dreki of the snake river basin came to know Hobo as "The Coyote" due to his exceptional ability to hide and sneak. Hobo hates this name, preferring to just be called Hobo in leu of his actual name

Personality

Hobo isn't calm, but overall relaxed, a bit scatterbrained and disorganized until he can find something to focus on, like avoiding intruders. Hobo is more than eager to chat it up with folks who aren't out to rob or kill him, often rambling from subject to subject at random. In his spare time alone in the desert he plays music, writes or doodles onto whatever he can get a hold of, or gathers foods by trapping with snares, fishing the river or gathering up some of the local vegetation. Due to his occasional bouts of starvation he is more than happy to do a lot of things for food.
If he doesn't like you or is scared of you you will simply not see him, he will disappear into the sagebrush as opposed to confrontation.

Final notes

His ears stick out pretty low from his head, kinda like those of some bats. His tail is fat with 4 spines on it. Sometimes he will wear bandages on his arms and legs whilst traveling to help reduce the discomfort that will rise from it.
Not pictured here is a stick that he whittled from an oak tree on his travels, LeoRay, his trusty walking stick that he takes with him on his longer travels
