You think so, huh? I think it's the hair, ironically, and not the muscles. When I was designing this character I wanted her to have short, tomboy-like hair, but also kinda edgy and stylized, and not too masculine. That's very specific and not too many female characters, from any franchise, who are also muscle women, fit that description, so visual comparisons are more easily made that way. It does end up looking like a combination of Tracer and Zarya's hair. Vivian's hair style isn't set in stone, so it might change slightly from picture to picture. What I'm more concerned with is making sure her personality becomes easier to read with time, which I can only achieve by drawing more of her in different situations. At some point I will draw her not working out and doing something casual, and/or interacting with other original characters, so she stands out more.
