I think I'd have to give this one to Godzilla 2001. I'm not sure ifΒ the Millenium series' Godzilla could handle the other one's heat ray.

Then again, the Millenium series Godzilla was an excellent fighter and pretty resilient (he survived being stabbed and fired uponΒ by Kiryu). It's hard to say. I loved how he trounced Orga.
