I got this idea from an episode of Happy Tree Friends, "Don't Yank My Chain" and from a movie called Liar Liar. Lumpy is tazing Handy in the back of the head and The Mole just can't help but stand there in shock. This right here shows why Lumpy+Cop+Tazer=BAD SH**Lumpy, Handy, and The Mole (c) Mondo Media

Hahahahahahahaaaaaa! That probably WOULD happen if it wasn't so politically incorrect.
Ironically, however, I recently watched a Youtube video that actually uses the exact same scenario (except Lumpy says it while Handy and The Mole escape on a boat in Don't Yank My Chain). You can watch it here:[link] comes up at the very end, but the rest is pretty funny, too.

Yeah. I just remembered that part and thought: "That IS a very good line for Lumpy's National Guard persona..." It also makes the picture funnier if you remember that particular tone of voice...
