I'd say this is 10 times better, wouldn't you say?

With the recent release of Part 9 of Chapter 1, it was now time for our first Boss to make his pressence known! And so, I give to you the Chapter 1 boss, King Goomba. As well as Quake, The Earth Ztar and his possessed form, Dark King Goomba. I gotta say, working on him was rather fun! He came out better than expected. And Dark King Goomba looks hella scarier too!

Now of course, before we get to his tattle log...we can't forget about his two lackies; the Goomba Bros :3

STAR LOG
Red Goomba: This is the Red Goomba, the older Goomba Bro and one of King Goomba’s top henchmen. He and his blue brother are textbook bullies: they push around the weak and kowtow to the strong. Still, they’re willing to fight you even after you defeated them before; perhaps they’re braver - or somehow even dumber - than I thought.
HP: 9
ATK: 2
DEF: 0
Special: Bonkquake
Additional Notes: The Red Goomba fights like any other Goomba, but with higher HP and ATK. He can team up with his blue brother to perform a super Headbonk that hits both of us, but other than that, he’s nothing special. Let’s send him and his bro crying back to King Goomba, Mario!

Blue Goomba:This is the Blue Goomba, the younger Goomba Bro and one of King Goomba’s top henchmen. He’s slightly cooler-headed than the Red Goomba, but he’s just as big of a bully. They claim to serve King Goomba because he’s “the strongest guy around”. Given that they’re fighting us, you can clearly see how smart they are...or rather, aren’t.

DEF: 1
Special: Powerbonk
Additional Notes: The Blue Goomba fights like any other Goomba, but with higher HP and a point of DEF. He can team up with his red brother to perform a souped-up Headbonk that hits one of us hard, but other than that, he’s nothing special. Let’s see how he and his bro feel about being on the receiving end of a beatdown for once!

[Now For The King Himself~!]

STAR LOG
King Goomba: This is King Goomba. Despite the name, he’s not really the king of all Goombas; just the ones serving under Bowser. He’s been at this for a long time, and he’s starting to feel his age - he took over Goomville as a sort of “last hurrah”. Unfortunately, he’s done so at the expense of the locals, so we’re going to have to make his reign short-lived!
HP: 15
ATK: 2
DEF: 0
Special: Big Bonk, Royal Charge, Mighty Crush
Additional Notes: The King relies on his impressive bulk for most of his attacks. His standard attack is a powerful kick, but his version of the classic Headbonk can punch right through our guards. He can store power to boost his attack, which is a signal for his ultimate technique: Mighty Crush, which can hit us both. He might be past his prime, but he’s still far from a pushover - don’t take him lightly, Mario! …Oh, and watch out for the Goomba Bros.; I doubt they’ll make fighting the King any easier.

ZTAR LOG
Dark King Goomba: This is Dark King Goomba. That pompous old tyrant, King Goomba, has become the willing vessel of Quake, the Elemental Ztar of Earth and one of Necro’s beacon-corrupting children! We’ll need to beat the king in order to force out the Ztar for purification…easier said than done, I’m sure.
HP: 20
Attack: 3
Defense: 0
Special: Goomboulder/Stalagmite Stomp/Rock Sentry/Tragic Tremor
Additional Notes: Quake’s power has given the King a plethora of earth-based moves. He still kicks us as his basic attack, but he can roll over us as a boulder to hurt us both. He can summon giant stalagmites to pierce our defenses and “rock sentries” that protect him; I’m not sure how, but we should keep that in mind. His ultimate attack is a powerful earthquake that hits us both; be sure to block it, or you’ll be immobilized for a while! He’s definitely got bite to back up his bark, but we’re strong enough to take him! …I think.
