Description Love em or hate em, these cute lil ghosties got themselves some nice touching up...and their Ztar forms are just as creepy looking

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

STAR LOG
Swamp Boo: That’s a Swamp Boo, the spirit of someone who died in a swamp and seeks to lead others to the same fate…according to local myth. Personally, I don’t buy it - I have a Swamp Boo as a pen pal, and he sounds perfectly normal! Also, he lives in Gusty Gulch, which isn’t even near a swamp.
HP: 4
ATK: 2
DEF: 1
Special: Poison Tongue, Invisible
Additional Notes: Like any ghost worth its spooky salt, a Swamp Boo can make itself invisible for a while. We won’t be able to harm it, so focus on other enemies or take the opportunity to heal and defend yourself. When it’s not disappearing on us, the Swamp Boo attacks with its long tongue - disgusting enough even without the coating of mildly toxic swamp water. Poison can be avoided by blocking the lick - sadly, the stench will linger for hours.

Boo: This is a Boo, one of the denizens of the Phantom Forest. It loyally serves King Boo - problematic, since he’s mischievous at best and straight-up evil at worst. Looks like this Boo’s out to stop us from reaching the Phantom Palace - let’s illustrate why that’s a bad idea!
HP: 7
ATK: 4
DEF: 1
Special: Confusion Tongue, Invisible.
Additional Notes: Apart from higher stats and a lick that induces Confusion instead of Poison this ghost’s no different from the Swamp Boos we fought a while back. Attack it when it’s visible, defend yourself when it’s not, and block its attacks to stop the confusion! ...As a side note, have you noticed the faces they make when they’re idle? They’re probably trying to scare us, but compared to Poker, they’re actually rather…cute.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ZTAR LOG
Ztar Boo: Whoa, that’s a Ztar Boo! Between the dark colors, the extra fangs, the long, spiky tail, and the glint in its eye, this Ztar-possessed ghost makes a normal Boo look like a teddy bear! I wonder if the King is even aware about something like this.
HP: 6
ATK: 4
DEF: 1
Special: Slow Sting, Scare.
Additional Notes: Ztar Boos use their sharp fangs to inflict damage and their long tails to inflict Slow. Block their sting to stop them from stopping you. They’re also much better at scaring people than normal Boos - your blocking reflexes need to be sharp to avoid being immobilized by their tricks. Scary or not, we’re not going to let these possessed pests stop us! So let's put the hurt on them!

Necro Boo: Oh dear....that’s a Necro Boo! This hapless ghost has been possessed by an elite Necrid serving the Curse Ztar, Scourge. We must be pushing him into a corner if he’s sending a monster like this after us.
HP: 12
ATK: 6
DEF: 1
Special: Cancel Sting, Scare, Ztar Curse.
Additional Notes: Compared to its lesser brethren, the Necro Boo’s stats are higher, its sting inflicts Cancel, and its scare attack can immobilize us for a longer time. It can also curse us to increase our vulnerability to status effects; not even blocking will completely negate them! It’s just as dangerous as you’d expect from a vessel of an elite Necrid, so we’d better beat it fast!

Lillian Boo is crying.  She was bullied by her fellow Boos when she was younger for not liking to scare people, and being afraid of the dark.  The Necro Boo and Ztar Boo combine her two least favorite things, the ones that trigger her most.

Course you kept those tails. Also, I don't remember the Curse Elemental Ztar being named Scourge. So even the Elemental Ztars (or Ztar Children if you prefer) are getting reworked?

Yeppers! As a special insider/co-editor of these tattles, we can inform you that the Elemental Ztars are also getting some upgrades. We're not sure which ones are in for the most change, but it'll be quite a spectacle indeed!
