Description
Well, I started working on this again. It was a long time since I had looked at it.Mostly since I had lost the original file I was working on previously. Originally I
finished and when saving, the program crashed.
I think I could have done better so I might go back and make it better but right
now I'm gonna say it's done.
In case you don't know, this is a character for a project that I have had under
development for a while.

Thank you. The rain wasn't actually hard to make just took longer than it probably should have. At first it looked kinda crappy.
