That was possibly a small intention. The fang is just his teeth curving around his mouth =/. I got it off Elson, he did it, blame him!

Hmm, I'm gonna hazard a guess and say that it's from the final scene of a story, since it's relatively brightly lit, which could suggest a possible happy ending?
Although Tails' furrowed brow may suggest otherwise.
