(Well, this is a pretty good question, and there's various solutions for that.
In my opinion the most likely is Kal accessing her suit's NerveStim for both sharing some closeness XD
But then again, even if that would not work, they're in love after all, and 'mating' is not necessarily the most important part of a relationship.
Sure they can't reproduce, but then again, they have adopted Gethgy and Kaya
