Hey everyone! ☺️ I've been working on this one on and off since the new year. My process was a bit different for this piece, instead of sketching out my idea first I just jumped in with grey scale and worked with shapes which really helped improved some areas I was struggling to with. I find working with just a sketch or line art it's hard for me visualize the structure until I jump in with shading and then I tend to do a lot of editing until the final piece looks nothing like the sketch, doing it this way cuts down on a lot of that initial frustration that often leads to a scrapped piece.

My favorite part for me was painting the face and the hair, always the hair. 💕
