1. First we'll start with the basics... the eyelids (or eye lines). Make 'em big or thin, but the bigger, the cuter!

2. Then we'll add the iris. Once again, the bigger, the cuter!

Cuter eyes tend to have big pupils and exaggerated glare... it's just.... well... more "innocent-looking", I guess...

3. Now, let's add the detail from the chart before!
