If you can't read it, I'll type it out for you so you can ^^ :
1. First we'll start with the basics... the eyelids (or eye lines). Make 'em big or thin, but the bigger, the cuter!
2. Then we'll add the iris. Once again, the bigger, the cuter!
(GRAPH) --
Top eyelid
Glare 1
Pupil
Iris
Glare 2
Bottom eyelid
Cuter eyes tend to have big pupils and exaggerated glare... it's just.... well... more "innocent-looking", I guess...
3. Now, let's add the detail from the chart before!
4. And there you have it! A cute, little chibi eye... Now... What will YOU create with this? 8D <3

Okay, so I decided to do a small tutorial on my new chibi eyes because everyone seems to like them oh so much. XD
So, yeah... this is about it. And I guess that's a little fan-service at the end of yet ANOTHER chibi L. hehehe... he's just so darn cute, y'know? ^///^

My favorite part of drawing is the first eye. The second...not so much. I love learning how to make different eyes and this a unique tutorial so I'll check it (background random character says, "word")
