Only one more year and you'll be able to open a legal PayPal account.Maybe we don't talk very often but from what I know about you is that you're one of those rare people who put the friendship and caring to others in first place. So what I wish ya is to never give up on friends even when it's hard to help them, and spread your care to everyone and everyone will be there for you when it's needed.

Firstly, I think the picture looks a bit dull.Maybe you could make it a little more brighter? Specially the area in the middle where the clouds could be more brighter and the blue thing a little darker? Second thing which makes it a bit odd (only little bit) is that the dragon's neck looks a bit tall while the face size looks small?
Plus maybe by adding more details you could make this drawing a perfect piece e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

yeah, I see what you mean by that the background isn't bright enough, and well, I'm still practicing on drawing backgrounds, so I'll take your tip and use it for future backgrounds.
but... I don't understand what you mean about the neck and the face. can you explain it in other words?

ah, well, shorter snouts are my style, and in styles there's no right and wrong. ^^
but yeah, many realistic artists base their dragons on dinosaurs' anatomies so they get longer snouts. I'm half realistic and half cartoonist so my snouts are a bit shorter, but not as short as... MLP style for example. : D
faces without expressions are lifeless. hurr.
