Description
   A small hand strained continuously, desperately trying to reach a bottle of pain pills. For most average men and women, it wouldn't be much of a task, after all it was only on one of the middle shelves. However, this tiny hand belonged to a young man named Ellis. And this young man, accompanied by three other people, was surviving through a zombie apocalypse.

  Ellis was not a child, but rather very small. His body was proportional, but it was just smaller then what we would consider average. He was in fact, only 5 feet tall and his body was in no rush to keep growing. In all honesty, he was done growing, but refused to believe so. As he was close to giving up his little battle with the overly tall shelves, a large arm reached out above his head, handing the pills to his straining digits.

  "Would you look at that...how did you even manage to take care of yourself?" A voice said, with a rather cocky tone. Ellis whirled around to be greeted with a grin which he had to look up to see. It belonged to none other then one of his partners, Nick. This man was...massive, to say the least. A towering 6'8 which made Ellis's tiny body seem even more insignificant. The suit didn't help, either. Made him even more threatening.

   Ellis quickly dodged around the older man, pulling his cap down and avoiding the emerald gaze.

   "Not even a thank you? C'mon on little man...I could've just left you there...reaching for that pill container forever." He chuckled darkly, with that signature smirk plastered on his thin lips.

   "T-thank ya..." Ellis uttered out of his far-to-large-for-a-man lips.

   It was later on, when the team was in a final stretch through the woods, where the smallest member fell behind. He had been jumped on, spit on, and clawed at just one to many times. Now, his body was seriously suffering for it. His sapphires lite up once he saw that red safe house door. He practically screamed in joy. In his happy state, he didn't notice the witch right underneath his small size seven work boots and he tripped over her, practically landing in her lap.
All he heard was screaming all around him and saw those shining red eyes creep over his shaking form...then he blacked out.

  "Ellis...sweetie....you okay?" He opened his eyes to see himself laying on a rather comfortable bed, with his only female teammate (she was even taller than him) standing over his patched up body.

   "I think so...thanks Ro." He sat up slightly, running his slender fingers through his chocolate locks.

   "Don't thank me, thank Nick. He took one hell of a beating out there. Dragged your ass all the way to the safe house while getting mauled on. After the witch was dead, a horde came...can't believe he got you both out alive." Rochelle had a stern tone in her voice, scolding him for his accident.

   "I'm a sorreh....where is he naow?" Ellis spoke with slight shock in his voice.

   "I'll go get him, okay? Make sure you thank him." And with that she disappeared out of the room. Moments pasted and a rather looming figure replaced where she once stood. Nick closed the door behind himself. They were completely alone.

   It was silent for a moment, but the more mature...or rather older of them spoke first.


  "Dammit, KID! I've told you plenty of times to be careful and there you go fucking up stuff! I could have died out there!" His voice came out more harsh then he had meant. He noticed the beaten form retreating slightly deeper into the bed.

   "I'm sorreh Nick...truly...I didnt mean ta..." His eyes began to tear up while his cheeks began to turn red. He avoided the cool and harsh gaze of the looming man.

     In all honesty, Nick intimidated Ellis more than anyone or anything ever had. He was so tall and menacing. And they way he spoke and how he carried himself...it was all foreign to Ellis. And yet, it attracted Ellis to the man. Maybe it was the reason he feared him so much. He had never felt this way for anyone...and the feeling startled him. It excited him and made his chest burn. He loved gazing up into those green gems, even if it meant he would have to be  scolded to do so, but he was far to afraid to stare for more then a moment, afraid this man would realize these feelings he had for him.

   "I'm always gettin in ya'll way...I didnt..." Ellis covered his face with his tiny hands, not wanting Nick to see him.

   "Look, Ellis...I'm not mad at you." He sat gently on the bed, causing it to creak under his massive frame.

   "You ain't?"

   "No...it...i'ts just that...you're so small...and so kind." Nick peered into Ellis's eyes with a warming gaze as he pulled the small hands away from the southerner's face and into his own massive paws. "I just don't want to see you get hurt...and I want to protect you...I have to..." A small smile creeped over the suited man's normally scowled expressions.

  "Nick..I..." Ellis didn't even bother looking away, even as he felt his face become cherry red, because he simply wanted to gaze in those beautiful eyes, for  once not having to look up into them. "I...uh" Before the hick could stammer out another syllable, his plump lips were caressed by thin, yet experienced ones.

  Their tongues clashed as emotions that were previously kept secret exploded in one hot moment of ecstasy and pure pleasure. It was all Ellis had ever wanted in a first kiss and all Nick had craved and hoped it would be with his secret love. Ellis felt those long arms wrap around his small form, bringing their bodies closer as they gasped for breathe between hot exchanges of passion. Their tongues locked and wrapped and warped around each other as spit and heat was exchanged with moans of the most erotic kind escaped the two men. Their chests burned with pure euphoria as these acts which they only believed would happen in their dreams now occurred so quickly and without hesitation. Before the young mechanic knew it, he was sitting completely in the elder man's lap, wrapped completely in his scent...his musk...his warmth...his essence. For once, he was glad he was so tiny.

  "Ellis...I'll always protect you. I promise I won't let anyone hurt you again. I like you a lot...maybe even love you."

  Ellis looked up at him, searching for his eyes from his comfortable nest in the man's arms and legs. "I...love ya tu, Nick." His voice turned into a light giggle after the words escaped his lips. "I...kain we sit like dis agaen sometime? I like bein in ya arms...bein wrapped up by ya." Ellis buried his face into the older man's shirt, slightly embarrassed at the request he made.

  "Of course...after all...I love holding all of you...squirt."
