An updated version of my Jedi OC, Aleon Yawoo (because I felt like it).

Name: Aleon Yawoo
Age: 19
Sex: Well, seeing how she's got boobs... Female
Home Planet: Osarian
Home Planet info: Is in the same ring of planets as Naboo and does actually exist according to the plot lines of existing starwars merchandise.
Weilds: Duel light sabers (yellow).
Saber crystal: Yellow (Mined from her home planet)

Breif story:

Aleon grew up on Osarian with no recolection of her familly. She grew up in the desert section of her planet, which is much like our Earth and also is belived to be a "human home world." In the desert where she grew up, she had a friend who also was adopted in to the Jedi order named Deason Eliosa.
Aleon has a rough time controling her emotions, and even more so her tounge. She has the potential for the rank of Master, but not the behaviour for it. Aleon escaped the fall of the Jedi by hiding in the deserts of Naboo. She keeps to herself. She knows of the wearabouts of three other human Jedi, Deason, Nizon, Yazea. She has little to no contact with them, unless they move. As a lone Jedi, no longer bound by the laws of the council, she has nearly abandoned previous training and uses a gun, over her lightsaber to protect herself (unless someone really pisses her off).
She also knows who Anikin Skywalker is, and his mother Shmi, but she has never had any personal involvment with them, nore does she interact with any other member of the origional plot line, except the masters (for obvious reasons).
