Sorry for anybody's ears, I'm just... Quite the Don Bluth fan. His style is so consistent and recognizable, and even if it changed over the years, there were still little marks, little ways things were done, that were distinctly his style!
I'm sad I never got to play the Dragon's Lair games - I only learned about them in the last couple years, and I'm not sure if I could find an emulator of them anywhere.
This is a gorgeous piece ~ And now I wonder how Klaus feels being a dragon. Big, mighty dragon of the Reich?

One of the greatest, yet underappreciated animators currently living. It's a shame that some of his films were given the cold treatment, which in this one's opinion were not due to poor animation quality. They were just lacking in a good demographic and public attention. At least Dragon's Lair is one of those works that was more successful, especially with the uniqueness the game held with the rich animation and simple controls, that could nevertheless be painstaking with timing. Your artwork here pays tribute to that fantastic genre with the characters as Dirk and Daphne. DragonStrider himself makes a very intimidating performance as the antagonist. Adorable to see Crispy herself also join in on the adventure, too. Here's hoping Mr. Bluth is successful with a Dragon's Lair film in due time.
