Percy was irrated. After a rowl with the Anopha Quarry's new proposition, a BR Class 04 from BR named Mavis, he was left with a short temper. But that wasn't the only thing on his mind. A few weeks earlier, a new helicopter named Harold had been transfered to live at a private air field just across from the harbor until Dryaw Airport completed the hanger for Harold. The young rescue helicopter had teased Percy earlier week about him being too old and slow to be useful. Percy was thinking about this when he looked up. Harold was flying not high above the track.

Percy: Old and slow huh... I'll show that puffed up whirly bird what slow is..

Percy told his driver his idea, and his driver agreed. Harold was thinking to himself about his new home when he heard Percy's whistle from below. Harold saw Percy rapidly increasing speed and sped up after him. The trucks behind Percy also knew what was going on. Although they didn't want to cause trouble, they had been offended by Harold to and wanted to pay him out. The trucks pushed hard against Percy, the little green saddle tank increasing speed.
