The engines of the NWR were surprised to see a small black mogul sitting next to the sheds. It wasn't until the controller arrived. He introduced the engine to be a LYR experimental mogul named 'James'. He was brought in to help with the fast semi goods and passenger trains. Most of the engines greeted James warmly, except the two oppressors.
