On March 25th 2015, after doing some housework, I decided to draw up another sketch for all of you to see. The sketch in question is of the devious engine himself; Devious Diesel. The picture was inspired by the promo picture of Diesel on the late 90's ERTL box. Sadly, I only have the card left, but hey, you never know, I may find Diesel in the same style box.Today's focus though is on the sketch of Diesel. Most people believe he's super easy to draw, but that's not true at all as he's just as hard to draw as any steam engine. Shading in the sketch was hard as Diesel is all dark black, so I found it difficult to keep the shading away away from the natural black of Diesel. Through trail and error though, I found the answer and drew Diesel as you see him in this sketch.
Well anyways, I hope that you'll like this sketch and hopefully soon I'll get back to doing my other artworks that need coloring.
