For all of you who have seen my youtube page, then you might've seen a full cast version of the Retro Railway Series/Shuffle Book 3, Story #1: Sia, Li & Percy. What most people don't know was that in 2010, I drew up a couple of illustrations in the hopes of using them, but I never got around to coloring them. This illustration was inspired by the moment down at the dockyards where Percy the Small Engine was being lifted onto the ship, bound for the City of Tokyo and the Little Tokyo Railroad.
