The earth ravaged by disasters and economic strife with only a few super powers remaining. Initially, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s rose to global power in the late 2030s and moved quickly to unify many Asian nations. TAs Western influence waned in Africa following the collapse of the UN and the Second Civil War in 2030 had only managed to form an alliance with post-Putin Russia. Russia was bordering on total anarchy but stabilized into Confederation. The European Union, however, collapsed under the combined weight of radical Islamic groups and economic blunders. With costly riots and terrorist attacks increasing while the economy collapses resulted in massive unrest in Western Europe.

The United States of America was unable to bail out Europe or provide military aid as the nation after many years of Feminist liberal oppression resulted in an all out civil war lasting nine years. With the second American Civil War in full swing the Pacific region of the world spilled into consolidating factions. Thailand, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, and Australia formed the Asian Pacific Alliance to remain free from Chinese aggression.

The Free States of America began rearming in the 2040s but soon enough realized more guns and troops was an ineffective deterrent to the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation's colonial policies in the resource rich areas of Africa and invested in a twofold defense plan "Rods of God" orbital bombardment and the nano-deterrent research project. The SPA countered by making more drones, tanks, extending tours of duty. WW3 was only inevitable as SPA nations strip mined Africa and hunted several species to extinction. The FSA did much to counteract this pollution and outright slaughter. In the end, many African animals all lived in Zoos and animal reservations

The first shot was started when the FSA refused to allow a Chinese PLAN ships were not granted port in Pearl Harbor and destroyed several kinetic strikes, in reality, the PLAN ships were one of many invasion forces. The nations of South America stood almost no chance of stopping the waves of seemingly numberless PLA soldiers. FSA offered orbital fire support but many countries resorted to scorched earth tactics deployed chemicals weapons or irradiated their farm land to starve the Chinese and their allies of precious food and resources. While their plans were initially successful, this left little for themselves after the attacks. Many South Americans fled to outer space in dangerous colony operations on Mars, with hope to make a new healthy start on Mars.

Russia's oil-rich Siberian territories did not fall. However, the Chinese decimated almost all rural and national land. The Russian Nuked and gassed countless Chinese cities in return. By the second year of the war 2054, the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation's were forced to change tactics. Several of their Expeditionary Forces were outright slaughtered, or failed as the resources they were supposed to take were destroyed one by one. The more adaptable Generals took control and launched several neutron missiles into orbit and shut down the majority of the FSA Orbital defenses. The results were the invasion and fall of territory stretching as far north as Alaska and as far south Vancouver. Airborne forces from Canada and the FSA counter-attacked into Montana. The FSA and Canadian military forces hit back in Guerrilla warfare because the Chinese were fighting to secure food and other minerals forced them into fighting the Guerilla forces with no flame based weapons like Napalm and had to rely on less efficient aluminum ammunition. However, the FSA and Russia felt a new WMD was needed and began combining nanotech with genetic and racial based weapons. The plan was to order the Chinese to withdrawal and accept aid as soon as the virus was developed and proven to work.

In 2058, the FSA launched Operation Dragon Slayer, after F/A-48 Wraiths deploy the genomic virus of the Dragon Slayer virus the Marines, Airforce, and several insurgent groups attacked the majority of Chinese forces were dead or dying from nervous and muscular degeneration those not dead were routed or taken prisoner. Russian generals, however, were greatly satisfied by the Dragon Slayer Virus decided to use it as a final solution to end the war in one blow. Russian bombers hit Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s targets both civil and military targets with wide deployment.

The war essentially over with a global deployment left the FSA and Russia the victors of the war, but the virus had ravaged much of Mainland Asia including allied nations. Given the lower purity of the stolen Virus stock, the effects on SAA nations was infertility and unspeakable suffering. While the FSA did cure the DS Virus, it was also stuck rebuilding governments and infrastructure of its Asian allies, the actual winner in this war was the Neutral Roman Catholic-Israeli alliance.

Islamic nations ravaged by Islam, the SPA and famine, stood little chance against the well armed and well fed Jewish and Christian troops. The population of Earth in 2040 was 9 billion firm by December 2058 humanity was reduced to 4billion humans. Earth had too many mouths to feed and house so with the last bit of mankind's resources and gifts from the Yaren; (who had been the driving force behind curing the Dragon Slayer virus) humanity left Earth. Mars was the first colony of the Humans soon enough more ships left and by 2067 nearly ten years after the war Earth could feed most of her people through rationing. It would take until the year 2070 for humanity on Earth to live on Earth. Mainly thanks to the fact 2.85 billion people left for the colonies.
