É porque ele perdeu a perna e parte do braço na guerra e por isso ele não tem uma boa cordenação nessas partes que são bionicas... a arma está do lado que ele tem mais agilidade.
Eu que nunca perdi a perna,só me muchuquei no joelho não consigo mais jogar bola como antigamente...imagina ele que perdeu a perna e parte do braç e tem que mecher partes artificiais.^_-

Sorry for my bad english...my country is brazil,the english is poor(basic).
Its because he lost his left leg and part of left arm on the war...and now he have bionic parts.
