DECLINED! QAQ I'll reuse him in somewhere else I guess...

I had trouble deciding on the color... I wanted one of those white haired blue eyes angel like OCs... with the fluffy clouds and wings and stuff. But then I remembered we were supposed to be creative... and while studying for bio, I decided to make a bird based OC with FEATHER HAIR! lol... *shot*

Name: Yu 羽 (full name: Qian Li Yu 千里羽)

Gender: Male
Height: 1 foot 9 inches

-Loud Noises (that prevents sleep)

-Masculinity Being Questioned/Attacked (that includes height and appearance)
Personality:
-Sassy Potty Mouth
Maybe he means it, maybe he doesn't. But Yu will almost always give a rude and sarcastic response to anyone and anything. Most of the time he doesn't mean harm, that's just how he talks.
-Competitive
If he picked a fight, he will not quit until either himself or his 'opponent' surrenders. He hates losing, in any way or form, and will go as low as it takes to win.
-Crybaby/Expressionless
Yu's actually very emotional and very much a crybaby, and he can't deal with pain well, but his face doesn't seem to be able to display expressions besides that of a stoic one on a regular basis. And any amplified emotions are displayed in a much lower degree on his face. If he's laughing, his face would only show a smile. And a pouty face is pretty much his super depressed face. Once he starts crying it's like a broken dam, all you can do is wait until he finishes. Then he'll wipe his snot on your sleeves or shirt and quiet down.
-Childish
Perhaps it's expected (the first stage sprises ARE toddlers...), but Yu is very childish, and even more easily provoked. He will get what he wants when he wants it, and if he doesn't, he'll sulk and throw quiet fits until he does. He also holds grudges quite easily, and does stupid pranks to 'pay' them back.
-Tsundere Bad at expressing himself
Even though he technically has a good heart, under all those layers of bad words and kicking, Yu's stoic expression and absolutely awkward socialization makes it difficult for him to say what he actually means. Especially if it's a 'nice' thing. Usually he'll just run away, pouts with an angry blush, and not return until he has done what he wanted to say in the form of actions. For example: giving little gifts for apologies, doing nice things as compliments. But almost never verbally.

-I based Yu off a Black-throated Blue Warbler... but when he evolves (lol) the species will change!
-千里羽 is somewhat of a pun on Yu's tsundere nature... bonus if you get it. (*laughs*)
-Yu'll kick you if he doesn't like you, but he'll also kick you if he likes you. Go figure.
-Yu easily falls asleep, and these are contributing factors to his sleepiness: warm sun/wind, quietness, hot milk, being petted/stroked on the head, soothing music, when it gets dark
-Yu usually takes the initiative for risks and other extreme activities, but he's also the first to scream and cry in fear when things go bad.
-Yu's hair-wings are very sensitive, don't pull them.
-Yu's dorsal hair-wing would stick up and steer side to side if he's traveling/floating across strong wind currents to keep him on track, but he doesn't seem to be aware of it. It's mostly instincts.
-Yu doesn't have wings on his back, or anywhere on his body except his head/hair.
-Yu's scarf is rolled up in the middle, so he can easily hold onto the two ends (the wing ends) and unfurl the whole thing into a parachute for gliding and high leaps.
-Yu wears little bells on his left wrist and ankle, mostly to tell the wind strength and direction.
-Ironically, Yu can't sing worth a nickle, he can hum, but that's about it. (irony: Warblers are songbirds)
-However, Yu likes dancing, but he gets violently embarrassed when he's spied on when dancing in secret.
