This is in contrast to the "civilian" versions of these same races here:

Left to Right:

Female Therianthrope Shapeshifting Warrior
Male Raven Martial Artist
Succubus Soldier
Dryad Adventuress
Female Jurogumo Thief

As to genders, they were mostly chosen in reverse of the other set save for the succubus and the dryad, given all of those species are female.

Therianthrope - There is a mild orange glow to her eyes, implying some active use of psychic ability.  As stated in the other picture, therianthrope life-force ("Spirit") is orange.  And active use of psychic powers by a therianthrope will result in an orange glow.  The average therianthrope is of one of the wolf families, as this woman likely is, but most never train their shapeshifting enough to take a hybrid form like this woman has.  Therianthropes that find themselves often in dangerous situations usually learn to take a form that meshes the human size and hands with other advantages.  In human form, this woman would have brown hair, the same as her coat here.  It is hard to say what color her eyes are since the "spirit" is over-riding the color for the moment.

Raven - Some ravens are born with a talent for martial arts skill.  A talent that is partially psychic in nature.  This particular raven has also trained in channelling, as indicated by the ball of Auspice (raven life-force) that he's pulling together for some reason.  The other common raven talent is a supernatural beautiful, even hypnotic voice.  The two powers rarely occur within the same individual and it is considered a bad omen when the same person has both a supernatural voice and supernatural martial talent.  Typically, ravens' wings do not support flight, but some have enough telekinetic ability to actually fly.

Succubus - The winged, demon-girl you see above is an illusion.  The actual succubus is likely about 3-6 inches shorter and probably dressed more sensibly.  The demon form is a natural defense of the succubus and it engenders a sort of disturbing mix of attraction and fear that keeps opponents off balance.  In addition, it causes shots to often be off-target and has a limited amount of physical existence as well, acting as a very weak protective aura.  Likewise, this allows the wings to function as sort of natural weapons because they're essentially illusion-skinned telekinetic extensions.  Each succubus has a unique demon form pieced together from the nightmares and base desires of the people around them.  All have some sort of extra-limbs, but some times they're spikes, tentacles, extra arms or so on.  Wings are just one of the common elements.  The woman seen above is likely in the US Navy...if not directly, then working through Socrates Group.  Succubus "Essence" (life force) is yellow and the presence of it about this succubus implies she's doing something more than just use an illusion.

Dryad - Dryads have no practical psychic ability due to the parasitical plant that has replaced much of their nervous system.  The same plant keeps them from developing much in the way of musculature.  However, the plant does not replace the brain and it keeps a dryad alive until something else kills them.  As such, several dryads eventually learn how to handle themselves via using their brains and training in some arts like aikido or the use of firearms.  They'll never be top notch fighters and can never do anything remotely psychic in nature, but they can certainly learn a lot about things.  There is at least one dryad who was infected near the end of the 19th century in England who acts as a sort of analyst and investigator for Psyche, for instance.  She's reportedly insufferably dismissive of other people in a sort of unintentional way, but is acknowledged to be brilliant where logic and deduction are necessary.

Jurougumo - While there are a handful of jurogumo who would classify as "werespiders" and are capable of shapeshifting.  Most only have the near human form, the biggest tell-tale being the second set of black eyes that most people mistake for eyebrows.  This spider-burglar is also surrounded in a yellowish green aura implying that she's enhancing herself through channeling in some form.  Jurougumo are becoming increasingly related to humans via intermarriage and their life-force, "Seimei", represents this.  Most jurougumo bloodlines will likely be fully human with three to five generations if things continue as they are.  The jurougumo mostly do not care about this.  They've been culturally indistinct from local humanity in Japan for close to a thousand years already.

The woman seen above is likely a soldier in the US Navy.

Squids... I mean, Sailors get mad when you promote them like that. Properly speaking, "Soldiers" are only in the Army.
