My half on an art trade with it her character, Biohazard
He was very fun to draw.... I hope I got his design right. Sorry there's no BG.... I have no excuse
His feet are dodgy, and he's not exactly "in character" but I'm still happy with it. Go see ~hawkeye-maverick 's half, its so cool

You did GREAT! I don't care if there isn't a background it still looks AWESOME!
First off, I love the metal glint you were able to get on him, that's something that's always eluded me. Colors you nailed. I also love you interpretation of his design, like the bronze pieces aren't flush. That's just sooo cool 
As for being in character, it works. He's the youngest, most inexperienced, and most temperamental and he tends to lean on the grumpy side because of it.
I don't like to critique my ATs with people but you said you hoped you got his design right... the round blue things are actually on his chest. You know the little round sticky things that record people's heart rates in hospitals? In a nutshell that's what they are. His actual skin and flesh is underneath all that metal (with the exception of his right eye and arm) so those blue things monitor his heart and breathing to make sure everything's working properly.
But you know, it's your style, your interpretation, and it just looks so fantastic!

Oh, so thats what the blue things are- that makes sense ^_^ for some reason I was thinking of chocolate buttons when I drew them *shrugs*
