Description
If you want to use the lineart, its here (download for printable size)I've had a lot of compliments on how I colour hair, and the method I use is super easy so I thought I'd cover hair first.
Note in the final step I also used a few strokes of white on the highlights, I forgot to mention that
Also best use of post-it notes EVAAAR! Let me know if you can't read my crappy handwriting and I'll copy it out for you.
Before you ask what materials I use, please read the basic tutorial [link]
Sally is not my character (does she belong to SEGA? I don't even know)

Well, I guess the principle would work the same for digital art, but I've never tried it.
And you're welcome

Coincidence? I also use veirthins! I tend to stick to plain coloured pencils than turning to a colorless blender, I think of it as cheating lol
8D This is quite useful

lol, I have 6 Verithins, but the Black is the only one I actually use.
The colourless blender is so much faster than using just using ordinary CP, why make life harder for yourself?
Thankyou

This is full of win. The colorless pencil sounds very similar to the tortillion I use, but sounds better cuz I have to constantly clean the torts...
I love this, thanks for sharing. I can't wait to get my own Prismacolors. They just look so much smoother.
Not that I'll stop using my Crayolas; they sort of have their own style, yes?

XD I should be on the Prismacolor-advertising team
Crayolas are cool, I still have a few lying arround. I tend to use Crayolas for quick sketches and doodling. Crayolas are great Value for money.
And yeah, I only ever have to clean the colourless blender if I move straight from a very dark area to a very light area, otherwise its fine

I actually might be able to apply this technique to my markers. Man, that's super easy how you do it and it looks great!

I know from expreience that this method works quite well with markers. Its harder to get the strandy-look and getting the colours to blend smoothly can be a pain. but it does work.
Thankyou, I love doing hair! Its like falling off a log.

I know when I'm doing strandy lines I barely touch the marker tip to the paper and then it doesn't bleed so badly. I think getting it to look as smooth as yours would be the tricky part.
