A Legionnaries Tale Part 1What's the crappiest job in the Legion?  "Armed Survey", an amusing little term for being a disaster magnet.  Just drop down to the surface and wander around looking for the locals.  Sounds simple enough, doesn't it?  Hopefully you find them before they find you.
We'd stopped by "Montana's 100" to rendezvous with a troop ship, and pick up a few replacements for the last little screw up we'd been involved with.  No liberty of course; the good citizens of that world didn't want we Legionnaires' planet side.  We're good enough to protect their little asses but not good enough to be among them.  When I saw the roster of newbies, I spotted a name I could recognize in my sleep, Sergeant Commander H'hsssmee.  She was going to be my new squad leader to boot, the news just got better and better.  Well, nothing for it but to head down to the hangar deck for the meet and greet.
