This time is Riku's turn! I decided to do him like Axel: black and white with eyes colored. I've never drawn Riku before but I think that now i will draw him more often^^ Right now I'm playing to Dream Drop Distance and even if Sora still remains my favorite, playing as Riku is very funny! And I also love his new haircut^^ Anyway stuff I used (always the same^^) Pencils from 2H to 6H, kneaded eraser, tortillions, tons of cotton stick^^ Hope you like it and please leave a commentRelated content

I find it super pretty, but I think you should double invent your drawing now I seen you say look at a picture and draw continue as if it's great ^ ^
I love the facial contour, gray goes great with OO, but here it's a shame to only have colored eyes

I must say, very well done! The thing that I really admire most is the way you used your values and went above and beyond. You pushed the values to its greatest level and created a wonderful piece! Everything just blends and contrasts so well, I had to take a double check when i saw the thumbnail! Your use of textures was very well executed. The thing about this drawing that makes is appealing is how nice and clean it is as well, Not very many artist pay attention to that and sometimes only sometimes it can ruin a piece. I really admire as well on how you paid great attention to little details such as his zipper and his hair, The hair is what drew me more or less.
My only concern was his eyes, I felt that you could have taken his eyes to the next level, usually when you create a portrait, the eyes are what draws the viewer in more, the focal point to the entire piece. Aside from the eyes though, everything else was very well done and I really love the overall piece.
The reason I'm giving a low originality is because well, its not really an original, its something found from the Internet, but don't let that get you down! I feel that creating fanart and trying to imitate something you already see and know very well is a great way to practice and build your skills!
Your techniques was greatly used, but i felt at some certain spots it could have been pushed a little more. I felt that you could have avoided outlining a little, but hey everything is an experience, and you can always practice towards that. Aside from that, this piece had a great impact on me and i really enjoyed looking at it! Thank you dear artist for your hard work and skills, you did a very amazing job!

Very well composed i really like the usage of shading and depth you achieved in the clothing. It's all and all a beautiful piece. Complements aside your lips seem just a little off. I don't if it was a piece that you used reference or if your just a hard core Kingdom Hearts fan but they seem just a little funky and his ear under his hair seems kinda placed there....it just kinda throws me off kinda. other then that i really can find any flaws. its a really well done piece and i have to say that i really like your approach to Riku it looks like he popped out of the game with a good flair of your own style so in short well done e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

This is a very well done drawing of Riku. very very clean and neat. You did well with the shading of everything. It has a nice powdery effect to him.
His lips for some reason bothers me because it's quite dark and it s close to the color of the lighting of his collar. i know Riku's upper lip is a shade darker than his bottom. Just becareful to not make it too dark.

WHOA! An amazing display of Riku, he doesn't look bad with short hair in the game, but this pictures makes him look better with it. You have skills. How did you learn to draw like that? I want to learn how to draw more realistically but I am having a hard time with it, any pointers or tips possibly?Β

First thing thank you so much for your compliments^^ I am a self-taught, so no one taught me how to draw, I simply watched other artists work and keep on practicing and practicing, always trying new tools, styles etc, until I find the way that fits better to me. So the only advice I can give to you is keep on practicing, maybe watch some tutorials and always try to have fun because in the end it's all that matters^^

Troppo bello! I combattimenti sono fantastici e giocare nei panni di Riku Γ¨ una figata perchΓ© Γ¨ assurdamente forte (anche se il mio preferito resterΓ sempre Sora XD)! L'unica cosa Γ¨ che per oscuri motivi in italiano non l'hanno tradotto quindi Γ¨ uscito in Italia, ma completamente in inglese, sottotitoli, menΓΉ, eccetera.
