Well technically it's Zilla Jr., the title character from the 1998 "Godzilla: The Series", great cartoon, Zilla Jr. is bigger, stronger, faster, smarte, more agile and around better than the original from the 1998 movie. He's more like the Showa Godzilla with some of the Heisei's aspects with Zilla's appearance with better speed, agility and tunneling abilities. He also has an atomic ray unlike Senior's flammable burp.
