Well this was before Shin Godzilla was released. Although I do wonder what would happen if Shin Godzilla somehow got stuck in Zenith and had to fight and evolve there.

I know, that's why I said NOW Shin exists. Anyway, that does sound like an interesting concept, now that I think about it... it would probably be difficult starting off, as his aquatic form would be stuck in the Blood Lake to start, and even after he evolves to get on land, Kamata-Kun is basically defenseless outside of his regeneration. Once he evolves into Shinagawa-Kun, he stands a bit more of a chance, but not by much, since the only difference is he isn't constantly bleeding out from his gills. Shin's final form, however, could most likely lay waste to almost the entirety of Zenith, and probably put up a decent fight against Red.

He'd likely be a more durable and demonic version of the final form from the movie breathing a demonic version of his purple atomic ray. Bigger, stronger, way more durable and way more malevolent.Β

Oh, yeah, I wasn't even taking into account the fact that different environmental conditions meant different evolutions. Perhaps Kamata-Kun could have developed defenses early to even the score... there's actually a lot that could have happened differently.

Not...gonna lie, I don't hate how the final fight went...But Acacius to me, was just so...deus ex machina...And didn't seem right to be the monster to beat RED when Godzilla could have been powered up to beat down RED...

While I do like the ending and Acacius I did feel the way Godzilla was killed was quite disrespectful to such a famous Kaiju. I would have rather see him go down fighting in a blaze of glory rather than being eaten like poor Mothra. Also since the story is called "NES Godzilla" I thing Godzilla should have been the one to take down RED once and for all. Thanks for faving

It's hard to say, Red does have the size advantage but Super Godzilla is classified as a Super Kaiju. If he couldn't finish Red he'd definitely put the hurt on him by the time Acacius came out

Not all of it but I did see the part where Godzilla used the Red Spiral Ray to obliterate Kaiser Ghidorah. I kind of wish they didn't make the fight against Zilla a joke. Then again I understand why they did that. But every appearance Zilla made after Final Wars he was much more of a match for Godzilla

It's not as bad as many make it out to be, but then again most people wanted a CGI version of the Godzilla movies of old. What we got was a radical departure from those movies.Β Fortunately we got "Godzilla: The series"Β out of the movieΒ andΒ awesome Monster designs out of the series. You must admit those Kaiju were pretty awesome. Especially Zilla Jr. and Cyber-Zilla.
