Yes in the real world it would be impossible. But movie logic doesn't always equal real life logic. Scientifically speaking Kaiju shouldn't be able to exist at all. But yeah that would be like Zilla Jr. on steroids.

Yup. I have this idea for an AU where Zilla Jr. is a bit different from his "Mother" and siblings, such as having an overbite instead of an under-bite, sharper teeth, four toes instead of 3 and plates like Heisei Godzilla except for the two that curve over his shoulders. This is because unlike the rest of his siblings he's descended from Heisei Godzilla and Zilla. H.E.A.T. learn this on a second trip to Japan from a Japanese geneticist. Just then Godzilla Jr. attacks the city and Zilla Jr. is forced to defend. Both end up battered and bruised. However one microscopic Destoroyah has survived and multiplies into the giant Kaiju of his final form, forcing both Godzillas to team up and destroy him with a combined Red/Green Spiral Ray. Earning one another's respect.

In term of the canon versions, Toho didn't like the american version of Godzilla so they bought the rights to him, re-branded him as Zilla, and had him killed on screen.
