I think there is still hope...
In my "D.A.D" point of view that can be a "time-capsuled" timeline , what makes it possible to D.A.D to intervene... (In short, you know how web of rivers work? Some flow fast, others flow slow. That makes so called "dimensional time travels" possible. Too complicated?) ...but now some bureaucrats have issued an demand of "Call for intervention" what means that D.A.D needs a "help call" from a dimension before intervention is allowed... I hate bureaucrats... ಠ_ಠ
