There's a lot of emotion in this one. I have a hobby of learning other people's perspectives, so picking up bits of Huitzi's cultural POV is a treat. This is shaping up to be another excellent comic with characters that stick to the viewer like Gorilla glue.

On Page 1, I got really confused when it began in the middle of the fight and then switched back to the continuation of the SE after the title page...I thought that the whole thing had been continuous.
Anyway I totally got sucked into the story and the last few panels are just so "aww!!"

Okay, THIS is a pretty awesome ending. Unfortunate that Clay gets his heart ripped out, and Huitzi is bleeding to death, but all in all, I thoroughly enjoyed this first round. I hope you guys make it to the next one, so we can see how this progresses.

damn, really great work here. Love the way you portrayed Clay and I'm growing to like Huitzi more and more. And all the humourous action made the serious moments feel even more serious. The ending made me sad too. Poor boy. D:
