Thank you.~ Her name is Undyne and she's one of the main characters you meet within the Undertale game that recently came out. I don't want to spoil too much by explaining everything about her but her over-the-top demeanor led me to imagine her doing something ridiculous like this with her teeth. (She's a fish-like monster of some description.)

To a certain degree yeah. Explaining it in words really doesn't do it justice. It's the type of game you have to experience first-hand to really respect the context.
