Hmmmm...
Personally I prefer using Corel Draw for art
- Work on big canvas
- Have a brush that you're comfortable using, I like the Artistic Media Tool default strokes
- Draw each line quickly, in one motion
- Play with line width. Thicker lines for closer/larger parts. Thinner lines for more distant parts and details
- Practice a lot
